Insurance money not deducted

Good day<br> <br> I am a very angry woman at this point. Miway has not deducted their premium for the last 3<br> months. They do not even let me know if it has bounced, but they can text me that there is a storm coming?<br> <br> I called the agent this morning and he told me that i have contacted my bank and told them to stop the payment. I DID NOT!<br> I Called my bank thinking that they maybe made an err on their side. No the bank did not stop the payment either, so they cannot reinstate it. they are unable to reinstate a payment that they did not stop.<br> <br> I dont know what must happen now? That means I have not had insurance for the last 3 months even though i thought they were taking their money! If I had not noticed this i would have received the shock of my life one day when i want to make a claim!!!!!!<br> <br> kindly contact me after 15:00.<br> <br> I cant afford to drive around without insurance.<br> <br> :( :( :(
