Insurance is a rip-off

I believe that I’ve been treated unfairly and unjustly . I can not accept the offer MiWay has made . I have been a client of MiWay for 7 years , and in the at 7 years I have never logged a claim , I have been paying my premiums every month , never missing one payment . The insurance policy was taken out on the RETAIL value of the car and not market value . I have been told that retail and market value are the same to MiWay , (wasn’t made aware of that when opening the policy ) This whole process has affected me mentally and emotionally , I have no form of transportation and its very inconvenience having to ask people to drive me . I was informed that my claim was approved for R168K whereby my retail payment is at R250K ,and still MiWay wants to claim R150k for themselves from Cartrack on my behalf. I am very disappointed and angry
