I sold my car in October called them early October to cancel my insurance but surprisingly they deducted my money month end , called them for my refund and was told the car is insured for November, I then explained that im not in possession of the car anymore and was promised a refund. 2026/01/06 and still no refund. Please remove miway from my credit score also.
