Insurance dispute

I had a ******* on the 30th June at 1940 from my garage with is a free standing building attached to the main house by a wall with a gate in it. My garage has a security gate with a minor modification to the lower to allow access for my dog which sleeps in the garage. A number of my power tools were taken and with the aid of my workbench/table the goods were removed over the 1.8 metre perimeter wall. Myway have rejected my claim as they state that no forced entry was visible. I feel this is justly unfair as my garage has a passive installed which is connected to my alarm system but only active when the house is activated when we retire to bed. i would not recommend Myway to any other person as it appears that they do it Theirway when it comes to a claim.
