Insurance contract cancellation
They're excellent in dealing with new clients but when you want to cancel your insurance because you found a cheaper option they avoid you like a bad rash behind one's neck. They are always busy and promise to call you back which they never do!!!

16 Oct 2019, 12:37I contacted MiWay again today and they managed to backdate my cancellation to the 26th of September (last month) when I initially contacted them trying to cancel. I'm impressed by that however all this could've been avoided if they initially got back to me on time (including saving my airtime costs).
