Insurance companies bleeding you dry with no benefit to you.

<p>Last week some ******** took it upon himself to lift my very big and heavy gate from its rail and stole two of my kids bicycles. I of course went straight to the police to get a case number so I can put in a claim. After having to take photo's of where all this happened and of the gate, and even having to google for pics of the bicycles, I was told this morning that my claim has been rejected due to policy exclution. This is apalling to me. I was never told to specify the bicycles on my policy. Also I pay my things every month and the insurance take my money, but when I need some of it back like now, they say no. This is unacceptable. My kids saved their money for two years to buy those bicycles because we couldn't afford to. And it is there transport to school and back. It seems to me that some businesses like insurance companyies only want to take our money with no benefit to us, the customer.</p>
