Insurance companies bill clients but don't deliver

I had my mobile phone insured with Miway, and when it got ****** i needed to replace it urgently. Miway is supposed to help but is not aiding me. This insurance company is only happy to take your money monthly, but when you actually need to make a claim there is very little progress on their part. The person who was allocated to my claim doesnt even report back on the progress of my claim, i keep having to call to find out what is delaying. Then everytime i call in someone different tells me something different. If you take money from people then you have to deliver on your word. Stop advertising that you're efficient if you can not live up to it. Needless to say my phone has still not been replaced. \Your claim is still being validated"is a phrase I've heard too often the past few days."""
