Insurance claim rejected

I was in an accident on the 17th Feb 2016,tried to call for assistance with no luck,my phone battery then died.Luckily for me someone stopped and offered to take me to the police station for assistance,as it was 01:00am at night.The police called the tow truck to assist me.My claim was rejected because I left the scene of the accident ********ly,even though no third party was involved and I gave them my reasons for leaving.According to the assessor's report I was also under the influence of alcohol,but he can't and won't tell me how he got to that conclusion,as there were no test results.I also requested them to give me permission to remove my car from the storage facility,no one came back to me and now I have to pay a heavy storage fee to get my car,just because they failed to respond on my request.<br> Very dissapointed with MiWay,this is what you get for being a loyal client for 3years and also logging your first claim.I have sent a dispute to their disputes department and I'm hoping that they will live up to their promises they made when I joined them.
