Insurance claim

I was involved in an accident on Thursday 29/07/2021, MiWay insurance advised that my car will be towed, they did not state where to. The damages to my car was not visible, just a few scratches to my back bumper. The gentleman who towed the car told me that one of the impact sensors went off which is why they cannot allow me to drive the vehicle. I followed brief instructions from the agent I spoke to telephonically on the scene. She advised me to allow the First Help gentleman to tow the car and complete an accident report with the SAPS for a case number. I called in to MiWay to provide them with the case number. It is Monday today, I have received no communication from MiWay with regards to the whereabouts of my vehicle or any particulars to my claim. I am frustrated at the lack of communication and service from MiWay. I called in 3 times today, the agent handling my claim Pule Tshwale has been unavailable yet no one else has been able to assist me. I am very disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism I have received.

After I got home of Pule, things went smooth with my insurance claim. Thank you so much. You were great.
