Insurance claim

Last year one of their clients drove into the back of my daughters car and he admitted it was his fault he didn't look. Since then it's been a battle by my ex wife to get claim paid so car could be fixed.Its been to assesors even their own who gave qoutes that has been submitted to them and still they don't want to pay the claim and only settle for the half the amount.Everytime she contacts them those *********** people have a different story and excuse. After so many months down the line with no help or joy from them my ex wife resulted to lawyers and for the sheriff to serve documents on them. What a pathetic insurance company they useless find another one please.
