insurance claim

<p>on the 12/10/16 i was involved in a car accident i called my insurance ,claim no780806 on the 20/10/16 i requested the recordings of the day i was sold an insurance I spoke to Senate Jacobs who told me that it takes 24hrs to get.I waited and nothing came through.I called again on the 21/10/16 spoke to Palesa who sent a request to Sandile nothing happened.I called again on the 22/10/16 Spoke to Nkele who transfered me to Palesa the supervisor who emailed Sandile manager and cc me asking them to call me and they didnt.24/10/16 I called Sandile i asked him how long does it take to get a recording he said 24hrs I asked him to calculate 24hrs from 20/10/16 then he changed the tune and to told me Anat was not available then I asked him to tell his manager to call me and it didnt happen .I am so ****ed off with this *********** people .</p>
