Insurance claim

I logged a claim as a third party. Fortunately the damage was not too bad because the cheapest quote we submitted was only R 8000,00. But the experience was an eye-opener and I am going to cancel my other policies with them and will share my experience with my peers. Firstly it took forever for the claim to be finalized, and finally when the claim was finalized, they were not willing to pay a full claim. They came with the excused that their client was not fully guilty. Their client was teaching a learner driver who approached a corner with high speed and failed to apply brakes. Surprisingly the client never disputed that he is guilty, but they just made up that determination on their own. As and when it pleases me, I am going to use all other social media platforms to share my experience with other people so that people can make informed decision when choosing Insurance Companies.
