Insurance car claim

<p>Hello Peter</p> <p> </p> <p>I am so disappointed with the service i got from Miway insurance, my car was damaged and it was towed by Miway on the 1st of august for assesments and even today the 9th they have not completed assesing my vehicle and i was previously advised that the turn around time is 24-48hrs and now they had my car for a week already and even now they still busy with assesments and now it is really affecting my work travelling with public transport and their communication is very poor and yet they say they are the best insurance company, so if it is taking them so long to asses so it clearly means, repairing it will take another month or two since their service is so slow in assisting their clients Hello peter please assist. as i dont know the way forward from here now</p>
