insurance cancelled & yet debit order still active
i cancelled my insurance two months ago with miway yet my account is still being debited, im very annoyed with the fact that i cancelled my insurance way in advanced and you staff acknowledged my request in writing as well as telephonically. i want my money refunded back into my account immediately, what your company is doing is ***** and i wont let this slide. its disappointing that i've been with your company since 2010 yet you failed to keep me as a customer i gave you guys a benefit of a doubt hence you could not match up with first for woman. please pay back my money <br>
