INSURANCE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE OR COMMUNICATION

I took up insurance with miway , and they cancelled for no reason i complained here o hello peter and they told me that ABSA has flagged me as a ***** . i spoke to absa and they maintaining that they did not do such a thing . called back MIWAY for the to provide me with proof and am still waiting . i spoke to the lady by the name of BOITUMELO PADI . now i am in between with no car insurance ABSA is denying and MIWAY cancelled my insurance and they are insisting that absa flagged me. they dont they dont even call to resolve this

i need an explanation as to why my insurance was cancelled without me knowing .
