Insurance cancelled with no prior notice

Miway has decided not to ensure my car due to a bounced debit order which I followed up on and asked to make a manual payment but NO one bothered to attend to my email.

They then sent an SMS that all premiums will be collected on the usual debit order date. I then thought this includes the bounced debit order.

Now Im not covered and no one made an attempt to collect the funds post debit order.
