Insurance cancellation My way

Been trying to cancel my car insurance with my way for also three months now, I have called send email still they say they will get back to me. For the pass three months I been reversing the debit order to the point now they have stopped me from reversing.Am tired I want out they keep on telling me they are working from home and they will call me as soon as one of consultant is available.
