Insurance Cancelation

I was involved in a car accident on 17 April 2023 whereby a truck bumped into my car, I opened a case and send all required documents to MiWay and loaded all pictures on miway app. They assessed the damages and told me that the damages were below my access and they can't help /they are rejecting the claim. My issue is that they never bothered to contact the company that owns the truck that bumped into my car and ask them to pay for damages caused by their driver. With the frustration I had I then decided to cancel my cover because MiWay is doing things their way. But they still deduct premiums, I removed them from my bank, they continue to deduct money.
