<p>i contacted my way to get information previously sent to my phone which i could not retrieve. My call was answered by a gentleman by the name of Bulelani Gonxeka who advised that he has problems with his system and is unable to assist me at the moment however i should leave my details and he will call me back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Indeed he called back and assisted with the information i requesed and also advised it would be better if he sent the information to my email so that i do not experience any problems in future.</p> <p> </p> <p>He was so helpful and i thougth he was no going to call back. I really appreciate the patience he has and ensuring that i get the information needed while i was talking to him </p>
