This morning I was contacted by Tumelo Ramashala with regards to a requirement that I had mailed to MiWay. Within seconds my update was done and I received a mail within a minute after ending the call with my updated policy details. Talk about fast and professional! Thank you Tumelo. He did not stop here. I had logged a claim and he phoned me to transfer me a to the Claims Department. Here I dealt with Kiarra Bodhie - again, what a pleasure! MiWay is DEFINATELY the way to go with insurance. They are affordable and the staff is super efficient. I had a great experience this morning. You turned dread into a real pleasure. My husban who is insured with another insurer also logged a claim with his insurance company about a month ago. The nightmare he has in dealing with them. Augh. Thank you MiWay.
