INSURACE THEIVES

When I took out insurance with Miway and listed movables I was asked what amount I want to insure my phone for. I said retail and they said no that is not how they work I must give them a figure. I then gave them the amount I paid for the phone and now when it comes to claiming they want to pay out almost R 5000 less than what it was insured for because now they say they very conveniently payout out at retail . They are *****ing from me because they force you to give them a figure of what you paid with proof and then when it comes to claims they pay less. I paid a premium on R 20 000 and now they want to pay out at R 15 200 which is less than what it costs at Apple istore. If they only pay at retail then why when I insured it and asked them to link it to retail I got told no that is not how they work. I have tried to speak to a manager and they are never available . Cannot get to speak to someone higher up.
