Insuf Debit order due 2 Vat increase

My premium increased due to 1% Vat increase but I was never notified that made my debit order go off insufficient.

Who’s paying my bank chargers now

One thing tho I take my hat off for you live chat agents they have respect and always assist unlike DSTv.
