Insuarance Claim

Lesego Phatshwane was the lady who assisted me with the claim and this is what I encountered with her: 1. She was so professional all the way. 2. She kept me composed all the way after the accident and literally assured me that its all going to be OK. 3. This is what we call going out of your way for someone else 'way what she did. 4. All I can say about her is " the customer care and insuarance industry is awaiting her with wide open eyes out there....she really leaved by her compoany motto.
