inspection report

I took out a car insurance with miway and they said I should go to an inspection centre to have my car inspected that was on the10th of October 2015,a month later I received an sms from miway saying they have not yet received my inspection report which means even though am paying if something happens to my car they wont cover it the inspection centre said they have sent the inspection report, I have also sent the inspection report to a lady she was assisting me online the email I sent the report is [Email Removed] whole thing is frustrating as I don't know who to send the inspection report to because they will say they have not received the inspection report am even thinking of cancelling the insurance because am paying but am not covered because of the stupid inspection report which I did sent but they never received I don't understand its a strategy not to pay claims or what
