<p>This consultant from Customer Care Department really impressed me. I had a few problems with MiWay concerning their consultants and the fact that they don't help you once you're a client etc. Anyways this lady phoned me and actually solved all the problems I had, and took up the issue within a few hours. She even phoned me back to follow up on the issues to make sure it's being dealt with. So if you ever have an issue just ask to speak to Innocentia.</p>
