Initially, Thabelo called for extra insurance. I wasn't interested, do I asked him to transfer me to anyone who could assist with reducing my monthly premium. I spoke to a senior consultant who was very friendly and spoke clear and explained my insurance in detail. I would like to speak to her again when I call MiWay in the future.
