Initially I was very disappointed with the emergency roadside assist which took two hours to get to me. I was going to write a complaint and change insurers…However, once my car was taken , Olga Fu**** took over the management of my claim. She was compassionate, explained everything to me and I felt like I could breathe again. In addition, she completed my claim before the 7 working days given all the public holidays in April and sent me everything I needed to know. Olga has changed my mind and I now won’t be changing insurers. Thank you Olga! People like you restore my faith in humanity.
