Initial contact was made with an agent called Thabang . He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. He then passed my call to a senior agent by the name of Mandisa. She was so thorough and great to talk to. Both agents kept me up to date and made the call successful! They are TRUE assests to the MiWay team
