<p>I was about to cancel my insurance due to a premium increase when I was pleasently convinced otherwise by a knowledgable consultant. Instead of BSing me about MiWay's own benefits, she patiently reviewed the cheaper cover I had been offered by their competition signalling how they were compromising on the quality in order to dupe me into accepting a cheaper premium. Kudos to you Tebogo/Elizabeth on your professionalism and most importantly your openness and honesty. </p>
