Inflated Debit Order value and now, no feedback.
Miway attempted to take R300 more than my usual monthly from my bank account, causing the debit order to bounce. We are all struggling. Logged a call and still waiting for feedback. Am I covered in the mean time? How do I pay the correct amount now manually.
Please urgently assist.
