Inefficient claims processing

I was in an accident on Monday morning and 3 days later no one has called me to tell me anything about the claims process. This is after I submitted my claim on their app and registered my claim. I have called the claims advisor everyday since,written her emails and used their chat app but have not been able to reach the claims advisor.
