INEFFICIENT CLAIMS DEPARTMENT

I had an accident in Feb, where the driver of the other vehicle wrote down admission of guilt, all this was passed onto Miway, 3 months later I still do not have my excess, calling the claims department I can see why. They have not even made contact with the other driver yet 3 MONTHS LATER. I also needed to ask to if the person I was speaking needed an ambulance, because the person was so disinterested, it was not funny. No wonder they have not received payment yet, if I was the guilty party and had someone like the person that took my call, call me for money, I would not pay either. Get a process, I had outlay money for no fault of mine and the lack of interest by the person assisting me, was so say the least disgusting. O the promise to call me back, that has still not happened
