Increasing premiums

<p>I have been happy with Miway since I joined but I cannot keep doing this every year. You keep increasing my premium whilst the value of my car keeps going down and you don't even extend the courtesy of calling me to discuss first. I must say this is pathetic and in fact my premium should be reviewed for a lesser amount. My drivers license is almost over 5 years now and for your information, I will be shopping around for a better premium and service</p>
