Increase of insurance premiums without notice

MiWay have recently (today) increased my monthly premium. I don't understand how they can increase the monthly installment without informing me. Worse even is the fact that the value of my car (like everyone else's cars) loses value with time. So why the increase in the premium?<br> <br> Also, their call centre is a nightmare. I spent close to 20 minutes on the phone and never got to speak to an agent. I was just bombarded with the very same electronic voice blurting out the very same message for 20 minutes until I hung up. I left my number there requesting that they call me back and I am still waiting.
