increase in excess fee without my knowledge

I received my policy via post when i joined miway. A little more than a year later my premiums increased and now that im claiming i find out my excess has also increased from R2500 to R3500. According to miway they sent me an email about the price increase. But my initial contract was posted so why didnt they post my increase details also. Im very upset because how can they just increase my excess so much and my premium too and ive never even had a claim yet. Will most definitely be looking for a new insurer soon
