increase Excess Letter
I really must say that i am very much dissappointed and more than anything i feel very threatened by the letter you send me , all the years that i have been with you and never had any claims , you never referred me to any policy and now that i had two unfortunate incidents you feel that you must threaten me with cancelling my policy , you do not even consider the nature of the incidents<br> <br> Well i thank you very much for making me feel the way i do now but i am glad you warned / threatened me ,plaese note that i do not want anyone to call me , i was just expressing my feelings and i now know how this really works ,PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME ,i will wait for your phone call if/ when i happen to have another unfortunate incident and you tell me you are cancelling my policy
