Incorrectly updated details when provided!

Good day,

Yesterday, I requested MiWay to call me to update my residential address as well as my car and home insurance address. In my message on the request to call I provided my New Address and had to go through the full process to get this updated in all places. BUT, Residential address has not been captured correctly and neither has the Home Address which I do not understand as this was provided in message and confirmed on call.

I sent a mail immediately on the policy amendment email received to inform MiWay and have since not heard back. All I have receive is another 2 policy amendment emails BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGED! I know MiWay contacted my office early this morning, but WHY when they should be contacting me on my mobile first. And still no call.
