Incorrectly Billed

I had added nearby country cover on my policy and I also had cover for my cellphone. I removed these two items from the policy and somehow I still got billed more than what I was getting billed for when I actually still had these two items on my policy. They told me it was because of the annual increase however the numbers just dont make sense. They has said they will call me back to explain in more detail however I am still waiting. This type of service is completely unacceptable.
