Incorrect Suburb Zoning
MiWay you keep zoning my surburb incorrectly since 2023, this results in incorrect premiums and incorrect weather alerts .
I called in several times and your representatives cant assist even though on google maps the two surburbs are far apart.
This has become an irritation especially when it comes to renewing my policy schedule because it reflects as though i live in a high risk area which is incorrect.
