Incorrect Debit Order Dates Accumulating Bank Charges

I have spoken to 5 people and none of them can help me with changing my debit order date. They put you on Naedo electronic deduction system and don't care how much bank charges you pay for every declined debit order, Yes they showed up for me for the services I pay for when I needed them but trying to debit me on the 23rd is insane, I sent an email and no response since. This has been an ongoing problem, I have been a loyal customer for 6 years, maybeI I should start looking another insurance company.
