INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER DATE!!!

I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years now never a returned debit or any hassles & I am furious because The debit order date was arranged for the 20th of every month & to my dismay the debit order goes off on the 19th with no communication what so ever which resulted that my account go in minus which will reflect negatively on my credit report with the bank. This is totally unacceptable!!!! Usually when the 20th is on a Sunday it goes off the Monday...WHAT HAPPENED?????
