Incorrect Debit order

My insurance with Miway is about R419. I am busy changing banks, so only R450 was in the accout for the debit to go off. However Miway debited my account with R723. And the debit order was sent back as Unpaid by the bank, which will cost me R150. I phoned them and i was told the correct debit will go off within 72 hours, which it did. Now tonight the amount of R723 went off my account again and it will be sent back again as Unpaid, costing me another R150, together R300 which is almost my monthly premium. Companies should be more responsible with their clients money. <br> <br> This money can be better spent on my children for winter school clothes, rather than bank charges because you don't know what your systems are doing.<br> <br> You should be held responsible for all the unnecessary charges the bank will be taking from my account.
