Incorrect debit date

Hi team

My account was debited yesterday, 19 days before the agreed debit order date.

Please refund my funds back, this is not on , you can't be debiting our account on the incorrect days. You are playing with our livelihoods! :-(

I want my account refunded today and i will not approach my bank and pay bank charges for the reversal.

Return my money as quickly as you debited ,please! And by the way, you did this before, stop it!
