Incorrect Debit Date

What a shock it is to see my cheque account being debited on the 19th instead on the 20th as per our contractual agreement. Now because of the *********** MiWay insurance company I am now stiing with a negative unpaid fees for the first time in my life ever. MiWay you have just *****ed up my credit record and now I want you to fix the mess you out me in. WHY DID you run the debit on the wrong date???? PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME
