Incorrect date of debit

I switched over to Miway as I got suckered into there nonsense. It's the second time time this month these guys have taken my money on the wrong date. Always on the 22nd. When my date of debit order is the 30th. When I call them all I get is a sorry, and then I must send them a bank statement to prove the money went off my account before they can refund me. No more I say. You have lost me as a client, because I have to pay the bank charge every time.
