Incorrect billing
My monthly payments were increased based on incorrect profile information. I wrote an email on the 02.03.2016, but still awaiting a response from.<br> <br> An annual increase is expect and approved however, increasing by R500 with no valid explanation is not accepted.<br> <br> Thanks<br>
