Incorrect amounts shown

So I decided to update my details using the Miway Portal, thinking it will be quicker, so I go ahead and update input the new address and all, get given my new debit order which Im fine about, click on accept,

Then I receive my updated policy documents, where the address is still the same as before (no change) and my debit order is higher than what was shown on the portal, how is that even possible? its like the portal didnt save any information but the premium increased

So I phone the call centre and explain what has happened, they then take my new address and that and then my premium shoots up even more than what the portal changed it to, and no explanation how I got 3 different amount on my policy,

been with Miway for awhile now but this just tops everything off
