***********, unprofessional at best!
I was involved in a car accident and submitted a claim with all necessary documents on the 30 Nov 2015. I received an automated response almost immediately and was appointed a MiWay representative by the name of James Mashola.

I initially submitted my claim via the miway app as they offer R1000 cash back for using this method. Bad mistake, this app is used as a stalling tactic as the agent called a few days later requesting the same information which was submitted via the app.

It goes further, Miway asked me the client to get a settlement letter from the bank. (The bank confirmed that this is usually done by the insurance company.

This is week 6 of the ongoing claim process and I have submitted all documents, statements and photo's within the 1st week. This has resulted in a huge fee from the towing company as the written off vehicle is currently stored there. The team manager (Palesa Pharoe) has subsequently asked me, \the client"to contact the towing company to negotiate a discounted rate!?!?!?

I am still paying my insurance premiums as well as my car repayments which was written off in November.

Am i being unreasonable wanting closure on this matter?"""
