I am so disappointed at Tumi or Tumelo from customer service. She was attending my complaint in August then I had to gather more information and she promised to call back at 12 midday. She did not call at the agreed time, she called later of which I was not on the phone at the time. I then took upon myself to call her back after two days. Unfortunatley I was told that she was busy with another client and they took a message to tell her to call me of which never did till today. Such people are not needed to deal with customers. She failed to execute her expertise.
