Last month I found out even though I pay insurance my vehicle wasn't insured because your records showed I had no tracker which I did. I almost got other insurance. Now after 4 months of you taking my money I get an sms today saying for me to be covered my vehicle must be inspected. So you still take your money but I still have no cover. When I phone why can't your people tell me everything that must be done. Do you even know what must be done.
